When

Water
The water
source is via private well. A water sample was
tested and approved by the South Dakota Department of
Health.

Electricity
The
overhead electrical will be brought within 300 feet of the
property, then laid underground,
eliminating overhead lines coming directly to your house.
Sewer
Homes will have a septic
system with tank and drain field installed to meet the
requirements of the South Dakota Codified Law.
Roads
The main
route leading to the property, Yellow Creek Road, is
maintained by the County. Our roads were designed
and built to meet county specifications and all corners
were widened to accommodate trucks and trailers that
might need to make their way to the property.
Additional roads will be added as land development
grows.
